How to Reach Locurio

We’re located in Suite 102 of The Fremont Annex, just around the corner from The Center of the Universe sign.
When you arrive, please bring your party to the back entrance of the building, which is accessible from the alley behind the PCC market. We’re just to the left of the Vintage Mall.
When your full party is present, please enter Suite 102. If the door is locked, please call (206) 371-2835 and a Locurio staff member will come to escort you inside.
How to Find Us
From Fremont Ave (east):
From 35th Street, walk south on Fremont Ave until you pass Aesop. Turn right, then take the stairs down to the alley and past the Vintage Mall.
From Evanston Ave (west):
From 35th Street, walk south on Evanston until you reach Destee-Nation Shirt Company. Turn left and walk down the alleyway toward the PCC garage, and continue just past the red sign for the POTS gallery.
Look for the Locurio signs and enter Suite 102. If locked, please call (206) 371-2835 and a Locurio staff member will come to escort you inside.
Transportation
Several bus routes stop near our space in Fremont. From downtown Seattle, take the 40, 28, or 26 line to the Fremont Ave N and N 34th Street stop.
When driving from downtown Seattle, Westlake Ave N will take you all the way up to Fremont, where it becomes Fremont Ave.
The Fremont Bridge is the most frequently opened drawbridge in the United States and can cause traffic to back up, so give yourself plenty of time for travel.
Parking
Metered 2-hour street parking can be found around our block on 35th Street and Evanston Avenue. There are also many free 2-hour spots on 34th and 35th streets, west of Evanston Avenue. Most metered parking is free on Sundays.
If you’re planning to spend the day in Fremont, parking lots with day rates are available on 34th St. underneath Dreamland, and 35th St. across from the Fremont Public Library.
Please allow extra time to find parking on Sundays due to the Fremont Sunday Market. The market runs year-round, and parking can be hard to find.
