If you would like to purchase a gift code, visit our booking page and purchase a code for your preferred amount. This will generate a gift code which the recipient can use during the checkout process. You will have the option to automatically e-mail the recipient with a custom message, which will send them the code, or you can deliver the code through your own method (such as included in a greeting card).

The City of Seattle requires a 5% Admission Tax on all ticketed experiences, however, regulations stipulate that we cannot charge this tax at the time of gift voucher purchase – only upon a reservation being made. Gift vouchers also cannot be applied toward tax, therefore your guest will pay the 5% admissions tax when they book their event. Please contact us at booking@locurio.com if you have any questions.

We currently only offer physical gift cards at our escape room location in Fremont. These cards are available for purchase before your game. If you purchase a gift code online, you will receive a digital code to present to the recipient. Upon request, we can create a printable certificate with your code to print and give to the recipient.

Yes. Your gift code is good for the listed amount toward any experience you can book through our website, including our escape rooms and The Mysteries of Noximillian puzzle hunt.

No. You can spend a partial amount of the gift voucher and use the rest later.

No, our gift codes do not expire.

To redeem a PayPal gift certificate, please contact booking@locurio.com. Since we no longer use PayPal as a part of our online booking system, these certificates must be redeemed by Locurio customer service.
